DESCRIPTION: 493 College St. was originally built by William Vanderbilt as a secret society in 1913. This project was undertaken to bring the historically-significant building up to current code for use as a new home for Psychology, and was comprised of a comprehensive interior and exterior renovation of the four-story, 17,500 square foot building including; building classroom and systems upgrades, improvements to accessibility and significant facade restoration and cleaning. The project is LEED Gold certified.
