SCOPE OF SERVICE: Director-level leadership responsibility for Planning and Construction with overall accountability for Project success. Program sequencing and construction scheduling required close coordination so that all work could be completed within the short summer recess period.

DESCRIPTION: Comprehensive Historic Renovation of 52,000 sq. ft., ca. 1912 Late Gothic Revival Old Campus Freshman Residence Hall at Yale University inclusive of; new slate roof, bathrooms, electrical, plumbing, wood flooring, doors, copper flashings, RWLs, cleaning of exterior stone and replacement of bluestone courtyard entries. The original glazed terracotta tile in the stairways was also restored along with the wood wainscot and trim.
