SCOPE OF SERVICE: Director-level leadership responsibility for Planning and Construction with overall accountability for the success of the Project. Significant structural improvements known and unknown were addressed within the Program. A great deal of emphasis was placed on the preservation of the historic character, while bringing the structure up to current levels of Code Compliance and convenience suitable for use as not only a residence, but as the important assembly space it has grown to become.

DESCRIPTION: Comprehensive restoration of the historic architectural character of the 22k sf Yale President's House including; the upgrading and provision of new windows, slate roof, MEPF and security systems, porch, new elevator, Kitchen, Caterer’s Kitchen, upgraded Trustee’s Suite and restoration of all interior finishes and moldings
